EXPLOSHIFT Drive to Survive shifting into gear!


Hi everyone! The next phase for EXPLOSHIFT: Drive to Survive is underway, heavily inspired by all the incredible feedback from the Feedback Quest Game Jam.

I'm currently in a polishing phase, which may cause slight delays, but I'm hard at work implementing your suggestions. This includes fixed steering, full controller support (needing some final tweaks), and various map fixes.

A new demo is coming soon to showcase these improvements, along with more levels and a short story segment. The game's core visual style will remain true to its current form.

For streamers, I'll also be adding optional on-screen music credits to easily highlight the CC0 soundtrack.

A quick note on the current demo: To clearly distinguish it from the upcoming new version, I've renamed this build to "EXPLOSHIFT: Drive to Survive archive Demo."

This version will remain available indefinitely for preservation and to showcase the game's evolution. It's a snapshot of the game as it was during the Feedback Quest Game Jam.

The new demo (coming soon) will be a separate listing and will feature all the latest improvements like controller support, steering fixes, and new levels.
